Kathleen Tuthill

In January 2004, Kathleen Tuthill joined her mother, Mary Lu Tuthill, as a partner in a thriving, family real estate business.  Since then, Kathleen has enhanced the Tuthill reputation for always providing the finest service to their clients.  Filled with positive personality, her genuine enthusiasm is evident in every aspect of her business and personal relationships with clients

Prior to becoming part of the Tuthill Real Estate Team, Kathleen, an attorney, spent six years as a civil litigator with a busy practice.  Her legal background gives her clients a unique edge.  She has a distinctive advantage in preparing contracts, handling negotiations and successfully closing escrows for both buyers and sellers.  Her clients appreciate and benefit from her expertise.

Having been "brought up" in the real estate business, Kathleen has carried on the family name and commitment to providing exceptional, hands-on, service to all of their clients.  Her extensive background, coupled with her refreshingly sincere passion for achieving her client's goals, make her an inimitable force in this challenging, competitive real estate market.

Kathleen is a native of Los Angeles, with long-standing, close ties to the area.  As such, she acts as a wide-ranging, personal resource for her clients.  She is not only up to date on the local real estate market, current transactions, recent sales and new listings; she also has intimate information about local schools, parks, restaurants, shopping and service professionals.

As a mother and a long-time community member, Kathleen enjoys being involved with a variety of local charities including The Luminaires, St. Martin of Tours Church and The Los Angeles Mission.  In addition, she takes pleasure in assisting with fund-raising efforts and alumni events for her local alma maters, St. Martin of Tours and Marlborough School.  Kathleen has a B.A. from Boston College and received her J.D. degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law.
